Savory Vegetable Broth Base is a concentrated pantry staple designed to make everyday cooking easier. Shiitake mushroom powder, nutritional yeast, onion, garlic, celery seed, herbs, and warm spices create a deep, savory broth with a gentle golden color and layered vegetable-forward flavor.
Stir it into hot water for a quick cup of broth, or use it wherever a recipe calls for vegetable broth or stock. It is especially useful for soups, beans, rice, pasta, sauces, gravies, casseroles, skillet meals, and roasted vegetables.
The blend is intentionally concentrated, so you can use a little for lighter dishes or more for soups, stews, and recipes that need extra depth. One jar makes approximately 24–48 cups of prepared broth, depending on how rich you like it.
