This Oatmeal Cookie Mix is made for soft, chewy cookies with warm brown sugar, maple, cinnamon, vanilla, and a hearty oat finish. Oat flour and rolled oats give the cookies their classic texture, while rice flour, tapioca starch, and cornstarch help create a tender, bakery-style crumb.
Bake the mix as a simple cinnamon oatmeal cookie, or make it your own with raisins, chocolate chips, chopped pecans, walnuts, coconut, dried cranberries, or diced dried apples. Each pouch makes approximately 18–24 cookies, depending on scoop size.
