This Oat Crumb Crust Mix is made for easy press-in crusts with a warm, lightly sweet, crumb-style flavor. Oat flour, quick oats, and rice flour create a rustic, tender base, while brown sugar, maple sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean powder, and a tiny touch of cocoa help create a graham-inspired flavor without needing graham crackers.
Use it for cheesecakes, cream pies, pudding pies, icebox pies, pumpkin pie bars, lemon bars, dessert squares, and no-bake treats. Just stir the mix with melted butter, press into a pie plate or baking pan, and bake briefly to set — or chill for no-bake recipes.
It is designed to be flexible: use the full pouch for a standard 9-inch pie crust with a generous edge, or press it into an 8x8 pan for dessert bars.
