Lightly Sweet & Hearty
Homestead Pancake Mix is made for slow weekend breakfasts, easy weekday mornings, and stacks of pancakes shared around the table. Rice flour and oat flour create a tender base, while cornmeal adds a subtle rustic texture and golden color.
Maple sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean powder, and milk powder give the pancakes a warm, lightly sweet flavor without making them overly rich. The finished pancakes are soft and golden with enough structure to hold up to butter, maple syrup, fruit, jam, nuts, or a swipe of cream.
Use the full pouch for a larger family breakfast, or mix only what you need using the preparation chart on the package. Each pouch makes approximately 12 standard pancakes.
