Gold Dust is a sweet, savory, and lightly tangy seasoning blend made for everyday cooking. Maple sugar brings a warm sweetness, mustard powder adds brightness, and garlic, onion, smoked paprika, turmeric, lemon peel, and white pepper round it out with depth.
Sprinkle it over roasted potatoes, carrots, chicken, pork, popcorn, or grilled vegetables. It also works beautifully stirred into mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, melted butter, or vinaigrettes for a quick maple-mustard sauce or dip.
