This Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix makes it easy to bake a classic batch of homemade-style cookies with a cozy Crooked River Provisions twist. Oat flour and rice flour create a tender, gluten-free-style base, while brown sugar and maple sugar bring warm sweetness and a deeper, caramel-like flavor.
The mix includes chocolate chips, vanilla powder, and just enough salt to balance the sweetness. Bake them soft and chewy, or leave them in the oven a little longer for crisp golden edges.
