Buffalo Dust brings the sharp, tangy heat of classic Buffalo-style flavor into an easy dry seasoning blend. Cayenne leads with familiar heat, while smoked paprika and chipotle add a deeper roasted backbone. Garlic, onion, celery seed, lemon peel, white pepper, and nutritional yeast round it out with savory depth and the bright, slightly tangy character that makes Buffalo seasoning so addictive.
Use it as a dry wing seasoning, toss it with fries or popcorn, rub it onto chicken, sprinkle it over roasted cauliflower or potatoes, or stir it into melted butter for a quick Buffalo-style sauce. It is bold and spicy, but still balanced enough to use beyond wings.
